At Cereza Dulce, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

All sales made on Cereza Dulce are final sales. Once an item has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Hygiene & Health Protection
For health and hygiene reasons, jewellery and intimate-related products are strictly non-returnable. We cannot accept returns on items that may have been worn, used, or exposed to personal contact.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
